Bio Blitz Week
The aim of the week is to promote scientific knowledge of urban biodiversity through public contact with researchers and participation in scientific and educational activities. Five days are dedicated exclusively to schools, and one weekend to the general public. The event brings together a wide range of people - experts from different fields, volunteers, families, students, teachers and other members of the community - with the shared aim of discovering the biodiversity of a unique area such as Serralves Park.
To promote dialogue and peaceful exchange between world cultures by participating in the organisation of events, art exhibitions, conferences, workshops or other types of artistic events related to well-being, art and nature.
